i stayed for a couple of nights. i hoped for a better experience considering the price. the room was too warm, even though it wasn't particularly hot outside, so i had to open the window. the noise from outside kept me awake. the shower also didn't work, quite disappointing.

The room felt quite stuffy, even with the window open. i suspect the radiator wasn't properly regulated, i found myself fiddling with the settings constantly to little avail. and oh, the noise from the street below? it sounded like a never ending parade of lorries. plus, the shower pressure resembled a gentle drizzle. Hardly invigorating after a long day.

the staff seemed genuinely happy, they offer a warm welcome. our king room was massive, it was really spacious and clean. breakfast included delicious homemade treats, i found this really good. i used the free wifi, i found it was quite fast and reliable.

the bathroom did not include towel rack near the shower, i did find this somewhat inconvenient.

the staff were helpful and responsive to requests. my room featured complimentary homemade cookies, a nice touch. the breakfast selection offered a great variety of options (i liked the pastries).

the parking area behind the building was quite small. the pub downstairs was sometimes noisy, which affected sleep quality. i found that dogs were not allowed in the rooms.
